AMG-10 oil

Oil AMG-10 (GOST 6794-75) is produced on the basis of a deeply dearomatized low cold - test fraction obtained from products of hyrocracking of mixtures of paraffin crude oil, and consisting of oil and isoparaffin hydrocarbons. AMG-10 oil contains a thickening and antioxidant additives, as well as a special distinctive organic pigment. Hydraulic oil AMG-10 is intended for use in medium-stress hydraulic systems of aircraft, land and sea transport, operated in a wide range of operating temperatures (from -60 to +55°C). The AMG-10 composition can be used to replace the all-season oil VMGZ 45/60 and most other low-viscosity hydraulic oils.

The main function of a hydraulic fluid is to transfer mechanical energy from the place of its origin to the areas of use with a change in the magnitude or direction of the applied force. In Russia, AMG-10 oil is manufactured in accordance with GOST 6794-75 and belongs to low-viscosity hydraulic oils of group B. In the international classification (ISO 6743-4), AMG-10 oil is included in the HL group.

The production technology of the AMG-10 working fluid is based on the processes of hydrocatalytic and solvent refining of petroleum fractions with the subsequent addition of an antioxidant and thickening additive to the base oil, as well as a special distinctive organic pigment.

As long as manufacturer's recommendations are followed, the guaranteed shelf life of products is ten years for temperate climates and five years for tropical and equatorial climatic zones.

For transport and storage, it is recommended to install the sealed hydraulic fluid container on its side or upside down. In this case, the likelihood of penetration of foreign impurities into the oil and changes in the performance properties of the hydraulic fluid is excluded.
