Cryogel grease

Cryogel grease (TU 38.101924-82) is a perfluoropolyether thickened with an inorganic thickener. It is used in friction units of valves operating in contact with oxygen and other gases in a liquid state, as well as operating in vaporous state.

Main performance characteristics: good antiwear and extreme pressure properties, inert to oxygen and other aggressive environments, non-flammable.

It is efficient in threaded and other fixed connections within the temperature range from -200 to + 200 ° С, in sliding friction units at temperatures from -60 to + 200°С.

Application: friction units of valves operating in contact with oxygen and other gases in a liquid state, as well as operating in aggressive vaporous media.

The operating temperature data is based on the composition of the grease, as well as on the scope of application and technology of use. Depending on the type of mechanical-dynamic load, lubricants change their consistency, relative viscosity or viscosity at different temperatures, pressures and duration of operation. These changes in indicators can affect the performance of the components.
