VNIINP-50-1-4f oil

The VNIINP-50-1-4f oil (GOST 13076-86) is a synthetic diester oil obtained by chemical synthesis. It contains additives that improve the basic operational qualities such as thermal-oxidative stability and anti-wear properties.

It is used in gas turbine engines with oil outlet temperatures up to 175 °C and in turbo refrigerators.

VNIINP-50-1-4f oil belongs to the class of oils for modern engines that require properties that cannot be provided by existing oil refining technology.

Compared to mineral oils, synthetic oils based on diesters are characterized by higher viscosity indexes and thermal stability, lower freezing temperatures, lower volatility, and fire hazard. In addition, diester oil blends well with mineral oils. Having a high solvency, diester oil dissolves sludge and varnish, maintaining the engine's parts clean.

Practice has shown that diester oil is capable of removing deposits that have formed in the engine as a result of using other oils.
